For all information, write an email to sales@art-and-craft.ch with subject as &#8216;Returns and warranty&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Please consult the requirements below.<\/p>\n<p>All products purchased from art-and-craft.ch can be returned by post.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Return period<\/h2>\n<p>Our return periods apply from date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or the date on which the item is personally returned applies.<\/p>\n<h3>1.1. 30-day right of return for all products purchased from art-and-craft.ch<\/h3>\n<p>Subject to the below-listed limitations, all products purchased from art-and-craft.ch may be returned within 30 calendar days.<\/p>\n<h2>2. No right of return<\/h2>\n<p>Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Damaged products (with the exception of transport damage)<\/li>\n<li>Products\u00a0that are not in their original packaging<\/li>\n<li>Products\u00a0that do not include all accessories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Refund value<\/h2>\n<p>Provided that a product can be returned, the following refund regulations apply:<\/p>\n<p>Full refund at purchase price<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The product is in its sealed, undamaged original packaging<\/li>\n<li>No signs of use, original labels have not been removed and original packaging is existent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Return shipping costs<\/h2>\n<p>Postal charges for the return shipment of products are generally borne by the sender.
